Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. We will provide a free replacement or store credit. Kindly include clear photos of: The damaged area The packaging The order receipt or order number 4. Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times: Credit / Debit cards: 7�14 business days Cash on Delivery orders: store credit only 5. Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we cover all shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping or may return in-store (if applicable). 6. Customized Orders Custom setups, balloon arrangements, printed items, and themed bundles are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has started. 7. Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase unless processing has already started. Custom orders cannot be canceled.
