Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we cover all shipping costs. Customized Orders Custom setups, balloon arrangements, printed items, and themed bundles are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has started. 7. Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase unless processing has already started. Custom orders cannot be canceled.
