Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. We will provide a free replacement or store credit. Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we cover all shipping costs.
